I decided to talk about something a little different from the norm here on The Hype, but it is something I've had my mind on for awhile now. Creating Goals and Focusing on them. It is easy to make goals like "eat healthier" but this is the type of goal I feel kind of slips away as time goes on.
Or at least for me... (Example: You do a really great job at not eating junk for an entire month and then decide one week that you're going to have a cheat week because you are going on vacation with a few friends. But end up eating too many tacos and have had one to many cocktails/ too much junk food. Suddenly that vacation cheat week you swore would only last while on vacation turns into another week of eating less healthy and that week turns into a month and so on.)
I feel like once you let your self consistently cheat it just kind of goes down hill from there. Now I am defitenly not saying don't reward your good health habits with a brownie or a glass of wine every now and then.
Just that sometimes goals get hard to meet. I thought it would be fun to share some tips on how to Make Reasonable Goals and Focus on them.
Speaking of workout clothes, how freaking cute is this sports bra? I am not normally one to gravitate to anything pink but this fuchsia one from A'Gaci is just too cute! I love the zipper detailing on the back and the motivational slider tag.
Also, obsessed with these sneakers. I purchased them a few months ago for under $30 thinking they would just be cute sneakers to throw on as they could not be super comfy. However, I was TOTALLY wrong! They have a memory foam insole (no joke) literally feels like you are walking on a cloud.
You can shop my entire outfit down below as well as a few of my other favorite athletic items.
